Knowledge: Industry, product, customer and competitive

how to effect real growth, by identifying, challenging and changing

Skills: Refreshing, credible and effective techniques
and skills are practiced and drilled that bring honor, comfort
and success to both sides of the sales process. Authenticity,
integrity and reality are the benchmarks. Group sessions allow
for ample opportunity to pre-brief and debrief sales calls, role
play with instructors, and to apply and hone skills that will
fit your style and your world. It is a safe, low risk, effective

Sales Process:
Franchising, systems, manufacturing and software developers, to
name a few work on the principle of replication. Few individual
sales people or teams, in our experience have identified a consistent
and replicable sales process to increase efficiencies, reduce
investment of resources, expedite new team members, shorten cycles
and increase sales. We show you how.
People skills:
Sales professionals often confuse: (a.) courtesy with interest,
(b.).interest for commitment, and (c.) the need for approval and
the need to be liked with real trust and rapport. Learn the difference
and how to expedite the process-even in seconds or minutes on
first or prospecting scouting calls. Lower defenses, gain more
information and a stronger competitive edge.
Prospecting skills:
Without question, one of the biggest delineating factors between
success and failure is the ability to find a continuing supply
of leads and contacts to qualify, develop needs, and referral
relationships. Minimize the discomfort level by learning how to
do these activities correctly. Done correctly, comfort goes up,
defenses go down and appointment s and sales increase.
Self discipline & productivity:
One seasoned sage commented that "to be successful in sales,
one must be sadistic" meaning the wins and defeats, the acceptance
and rejection, the highs and the lows were like waves of pleasure
and punishment. No doubt this profession is one that can test
your soul at times. Developing self discipline, consistency and
